Bill Gates by P.C.

Hi, I’m Bill Gates and I are going to tell you about my life. First I was born in Seattle, Washington in the United States of America on October 28, 1955.  Second, my family helped me because my dad was an attorney and my mom was a schoolteacher.  I had two sisters.  At the dinner table we would discuss world events, my parents encouraged me to work hard.  My grandmother played games with me such as bridge to test my skills and make me think.  Third, I wanted to be like my father because he was a lawyer and at one point I wanted to be a lawyer, too.  Also, I was good at math but my hobby was computers –so later I decided to pursue my love of computers.
Now I will be telling you more about me. First, my type of work was developing computer software. My first exposure was in eighth grade at an all boys’ school where they used a Teletype, which was connected to a mainframe, which was slow and expensive.  Today I own the company Microsoft that is located in Redmond, Washington. Our mission is to advance and improve software to make it easier and more affordable. Second, in 1985 I introduced Windows to the public, the software is very user-friendly +inexpensive. Initially it was slow and full of bugs however we ironed out the kinks and now it works smoothly. Third I founded the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to provide poor with health care + education, donated millions of $ to the university of Washington + Harvard. I founded science building @ old high school. Donated $135 million to cancer + children’s hospital, in 1997 I donated $200 million to put computers in Library’s. Forth I’m a hard worker+ studied hard. I always gone above and beyond, for example: when my class had to write 1page I wrote 14 pages. I’m good @ math and excelled @ computer studies. Fifth I always was good at math but in Harvard everybody outsmarted me in math but I excelled in computer studies. I developed the company at the age 19 and the main expertise is computers. Finally, my greatest problem was developing windows to replace MS-DOS. It took a while to create; reporters made fun of me and called it “vapor ware” meaning promising software that never appeared. In 1985 I presented Windows to the public. All of you out there my message would be must go above and beyond in life, work hard like I did and enjoy what you do.
