The Architect
Samuel Hugens- (S.A.)
"The Battle of Death"
Hello, my name is Samuel Hugeness. I live with my trusty hound
Rascal, my parrot, Lash. My job is an architect, and I am 27
years old. I am five feet six inches tall. One day when I
was finishing cleaning up the house and feeding my pets, the captain of
the militia, Stuart, rang the secret code on the bell for the patriot
militia. The code was 5,1,5. I got dressed as quickly as I could;
I got my musket and ran right to where the bell had rung. The captain
told Paul Revere to ride on his horse, and ride through town to tell
all the daughters of liberty that the British are coming. He told the
rest of us to get our weapons and our self’s ready for battle. The
captain would think of a sneaky and awesome plan. After Paul Revere
returned, the captain told us the sneaky plan, and we got all of our
weapons and gathered our horses. We left right away, because we had no
time to lose. When we got there, the British were ready and waiting for
us. But we were tiered from the long travel. But we knew we couldn’t
rest, so we sat up straight on our horses, and the battle began!! The
battle went on for exactly 6 years!!!! Many people died from guns,
bullets, and swords! But we still conquered the Red Coats!!! The
Patriots and I came back with the American flag raising high in the
air!!!!!
