Quarterly Feedback and Goal Setting

I would use the computer to set goals with students and parents during conference time.
During the second conference, I encouraged the students to come to the conference and they would give input to the goals and contract.
The third semester didn't have a conference scheduled but I used email to send a breakdown of the grades to each student.
They once again could set goals and many emailed their goals back to me. 
Using both Word and email made the crunching of data and the process of goal setting  very easy.
